How to claim for warranty?

Log-in your account and follow below-mentioned steps:

  • Click on "Order Returns" in the footer.
  • Click on "Request New RMA" then fill Order ID or click on Order number which you want to replace.
  • Then select "Item Ordered" which you want to exchange and enter quantity.
  • Then select the reason "Received incorrect product or color/size or defected product".
  • Select Package condition: "Open/Packed".
  • Select Resolution Type: "Exchange".
  • Add Additional information, anything you want to write.
  • Select Delivery Status "Delivered or Not Delivered yet".
  • If your product is delivered then (Delivery Status "Delivered") and enter "Consignment number" (i.e. tracking number of order).
  • Read Return policy clearly and then click on "I Agree".
  • Then click on "Submit Request".

What will be displayed on shipment package?

We deliver our products all across India via "FedEx, Blue Dart Express Ltd., DTDC India and India Post" within 5-6 working days.

What is 14-days return-replace policy?

If you have received incorrect product or color/size or defected product then you can replace or return your order within 14 days time-interval. If you want to return the product then it will take 7 working days after receiving your product to refund your amount.

If you want a replacement then it will take 7 days from the day when the order has been picked up.

After getting a confirmation call about replacement or return from our company’s executive, we will take 24-48 hours to provide you order pickup.

How do I add, view and remove items in my cart?

You can simply add an item to your cart by selecting "Add to Cart" option just below where the product price is mentioned, you can view items in your cart by clicking on "Cart" on the header and you can remove any item from your cart by clicking on "cart" at footer, then you have to click on "Remove this item – Dustbin" just above the cart subtotal.

How to check, add or remove items from my wishlist?

Firstly, you have to log-in your account to use wishlist, you can add any item to your wishlist by selecting "Add to Wishlist" just below Add to cart, to remove items you have to click on "Your Account" in the footer then you will see wishlist box on the left where you will find an "x-cross" button which will remove item from your wishlist.

How will I get to know that you have received my return or replacement?

You can track your product by "Tracking Number (AWB No.)" given by us and you will also get a call from us when we will receive the order.
