Returns

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
It can take around 7 working days to process your product you wish to return. After we receive the returned goods, we shall process a voucher of the same amount, you will receive an email from us which will have the voucher code and it will be valid for one year. If you are based inside of the India and you wish to return the product, you will have 14 days to return the product (starting from the day you receive your product). If you are based outside of the India, you will have 30 days to return the product (starting from the day you receive it).

How Do I Return a Product?
Follow The Instructions Below:

  1. Go to your account, my orders and from there you may request to return the product.
  2. Do not forget to email the order id and information of the product on support@chkokko.com
  3. Make sure that you do not remove the tag.
  4. The product should not be in damaged condition and it should be in sell-able condition.
  5. Re-Pack the product in the same packet you received it, if torn you may put the packet in some other poly bag.
  6. The invoice should be there in the packet, you cannot keep the invoice with you.
International Returns

How Do I Exchange The Product?
  • We do offer exchange only in case you want the other size/model
  • At present we do not offer any exchange on different items.
Have You Received Wrong Product?

Allow us to change the product for you if you have received wrong or faulty product. Kindly email us back on support@chkokko.com, our person will come and pick the wrong product. You shall get the correct order in 4-5 business working days.

How Do I Track My Return?

It will take 7 working days. We will email you once we re-send the product if it is a size exchange and if it is just a return then you will receive a voucher on email.

Cancellations

We apologise on the behalf of Chkokko. When you make an order you will get a confirmation call from us. if you have not confirmed the order and missed our calls then it will be automatically cancelled.
Please note the Instructions :

  1. Go to my account - my orders – the product you want to cancel- click cancel product
  2. If you have already paid us from Credit Card/Debit Card/Paypal/Paytm then you will have to email us on support@chkokko.com and mention your cancellation details and reason so that we process to refund the amount.
  3. If you have made a cod order then you will have an option to cancel till the product is in under despatch, after it is despatched you cannot cancel the product. Then you will have to return when reaches you.
