RETURN REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • WHAT IS 14-DAYS RETURN-REPLACE POLICY?

If you have received incorrect product or color/size or defected product then you can replace or return your order within 14 days’ time-interval. If you want to return the product then it will take 7 working days after receiving your product to refund your amount.

If you want a replacement then it will take 7 days from the day when the order has been picked up.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Order within 24 hours by informing us via:

  • HOW WILL YOU GET REFUND

Once the order has been reached our warehouse, the refund will be initiated to you within 3-5 days excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

  • YOU CAN SELF-SHIP THE ORDER FOR A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

You must have to inform us about self-shipment via call or e-mail (Ph: 0161-5000023 or E-mail: support@chkokko.com). You have to mention us the “Tracking Number” and the “Courier Company Name” and it will be great if you send us image of the courier receipt.

  • YOU CAN REQUEST FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND HERE ALSO

Log-in your account and follow below-mentioned steps:

  • Click on “Order Returns” in the footer.
  • Click on “Request New RMA” then fill Order ID or click on Order number which you want to replace
  • Then select “Item Ordered” which you want to exchange and enter quantity.
  • Then select the reason “Received incorrect product or color/size or defected product”.
  • Select Package condition: “Open/Packed”.
  • Select Resolution Type: “Exchange”.
  • Add Additional information, anything you want to write.
  • Select Delivery Status “Delivered or Not Delivered yet”.
  • If your product is delivered then (Delivery Status “Delivered”) and enter “Consignment number” (i.e. tracking number of order).
  • Read Return policy clearly and then click on “I Agree”.
  • Then click on “Submit Request”.
