Refund : 

Please note, we initiate the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Your refund may take 5-7 working days.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service.

Self ship:If your area pincode is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on whatsapp no. or support@chkokko.com
