What is Our Return & Exchange Policy?

We give you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Chkokko.com for any reasons within the specified return/exchange period which is 7 Days from the date of delivery.

You can mail us at support@chkokko.com for any Return/Exchange or any other query. Our customer service executives will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve your issue.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Self ship:If your area pincode is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on email id support@chkokko.com

Please note, we initiate the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Your refund may take 5-7 working days after receiving the product in our store.
