Chkokko is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Chkokko collects information from our users. At several different points on our website.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter then we will ask for contact information such as Name and e-mail address. This information will only use for the delivery of our publication.

This website takes every precaution to protect our user’s precious information. When the users submit their sensitive information via the website, their information will be protected by us at both platforms online and offline.

WELCOME EMAILS

We send a Welcome E-mail to our all new customers with the order details and other specifications of their order. Established customers will occasionally receive information on special deals, products, services and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES

We send announcement updates of our website and services to the users. Members are not able to unsubscribe from the service announcements which contains important information about the services. We communicate with the user only to provide requested services and in regards to issues related to their account via e-mail or phone.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

We provide our users with the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our website at the point where we ask for the information. The users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional notifications from us may ‘opt-out’ of receiving these communications by using the link provided at the bottom of each e-mail.

If we decided to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so that our users will be always aware of ‘what information we collect, how we use it’ and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
