For both Prepaid & COD orders refunds are typically processed to bank account.
Note: The advance amount paid on Partial Cash on Delivery (PPCOD) orders is non-refundable if the order is returned to origin (RTO).

Self ship :Β If your area pin code is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on support@chkokko.com
