You will find information on how to process your return in the Return & Exchange Policy section at the bottom of our website.
Once we have received your package and processed your return. Your refund will be refunded to the bank account provided by you. Please note your refund can take 4-7 working days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
A confirmation email, SMS, and whatsapp will be sent to your contact details within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us at support@chkokko.com.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking details where you can track your order. Don’t worry if it takes a few hours for the tracking ID to become valid, that’s totally normal.
If your order was damaged or defective, please send a photo, your order number, and description to support@chkokko.com so we can help resolve the issue.
You can get in touch with our customer team at support@chkokko.com to check if your order is confirmed or not. If not, our team will help you place the order.
Yes, you can cancel your order or make changes by simply contacting us at support@chkokko.com regarding the same.
The order usually takes 3-4 business days to reach in all the metro and tier 1 cities. However, for tier 2 or 3 cities, it might take a little more time.
No, we do not charge any shipping fee on orders.
